I would like to bring to your notice about one of my orders for rakhi through the site winni.in where I had placed an order of rakhi with Id - [Protected]on 10th August 2022. On 11th at 8.15pm I received the message as " Your order [Protected]on Winni.in has been successfully delivered. Thank you for choosing Winni for your gifting needs."
But the order was not delivered. I have been constantly contacting the delivery agents since 10th. The delivery agent with ph no - [Protected]had promised the recipient that he will deliver the order in the day ..but he reached there around 8pm when the recipient was not there at home .. I want my refund back ..
