I am writing this to register a case against unlawful looting by winni.in I placed an order for same day delivery of cake and Flower around 11:50, within half an hour i got call from their side stating the flowers are not available, i said ok, please cancel the whole order, they said ok. Then I called again stating that i haven't received any confirmation pley confirm the same, the said the order is cancelled from our side, then again i called asking for the confirmation, they said it's cancelled and they will send me the confirmation mail soon, after sometime I got call from their team saying we can't cancel the order u have to buy something else.

I said I don't want to and then they forcefully started telling me that i have to buy something they won't refund for the cake. Now after multiple calls they said the order will be cancelled and finally around 6pm i recieved a call that the order has been cancelled with a confirmation call Now around 6:30 , the Delivery guy came to deliver and forcefully delivered the cake(oy cake no flowers), saying i won't take it back do whatever I will put it in your gate, u have to take it.

Then after sometime a representative called and started abusing saying the order is delivered and you will not get any refund, you have consumed and the order was not cancelled, he said why did you take it, it's been delivered, we are not responsible and do whatever you can, you will not get any refund. I just want to ask the court who are they to forcefully deliver products after my repeated instructions.

Also oy half of the order is delivered how can they charge for it. If i cancelled the order before confirmation, how can they force me to buy half of the order. Now they have delivered half of the order and still seding false communication. Why consumer has to pay for this unprofessu and unethical practices by the companies.
