I had placed an order my parents 45 marriage anniversary for product to be delivered on 3rd may 2023 via order no [Protected].On 3rd may since morning I ahve been coordinating for delivery and every customer care executive was telling that cake will be delivered before 9 pm.
Surprisingly after 9 when cake was not delivered customer care executive now telling that we can't deliver today and also product can't be cancelled .I want full refund and an apology letter from winni for spoiling my parents 45th marriage anniversary.
