Failure To Deliver Package; Winni

I had ordered a package of Rs 778 at winni.in on 14 Feb 22. A bouquet and a card for my mother. They promised delivery on same day by 1400h by express delivery. However the did not deliver.
I mailed them several times that day itself along with numerous phone calls on their customer care but got no response. Its 17th Feb today, till date the package hasn't been delivered.
An extremely untrustworthy and unprofessional company. despite my several emails and calls. no response has been recd. a email was sent to me on 15 Feb that your package has been delivered. when i checked up, it wasn't the case.
They should be fined heavily and black listed for such a fraud.

Winni.in is a Fraud site. Owners should be put behind the bars for fooling people and playing with their emotions. Google should blacklist it and not allow any advt of theirs in their web browser.
