id-522120688 Bill paid via paytm and also amount deduct from bank but still showing Bill is unpaid

Sir,I have paid the bill amount Rs1604 Con id-[Protected]on 26 /02/2021
Via Paytm Using Qr coad printed on bill.After successful transaction
It deduct Rs1604 from my Sbi account [Protected].Upi references id is[Protected].I have proper documents to prove my point. Therefore I have contact WBSEDCL helpline,Paytm helpline and even Sbi helpline.
Wbsedcl helpline says they have not receive any payment with that Con id-[Protected],on the other hand Paytm and Sbi helpline says the UPI transaction was successful .I have Enclose All Supporting Doc plz find.Therefore I request to take necessary action to solve my problem.
