Application for adjust the bill for the month of November December 2020

Dear Sir,
I, the undersigned resident of Bye Pass Valley Abason, Daspara, Mukundapur want to inform you that, since 6th of March, 2020 I am not staying in the above-mentioned address. But still in the month of November2020, December 2020, January 2021 (Period of bill August-October 2020) the total amount of bill was Rs 3920 which I have already paid.
In between in the month of August 2020, September 2020 and October 2020 (Billing Period May to July 2020) and Feb 2021, March 2021 and April 2021 (Billing period Nov 2020, December 2020 and Jan 2021) the gross bill amount was Rs.100, which was also paid within due date.
Again, in the month of May 2021, June 2021 and July 2021 (Billing period February to April 2021); the total bill is Rs.2547.00.
In the present bill the meter reading consumed was 439. (16524 to 16963) though the present meter reading actually is 15706 (attached the snapshot as image).
In the bill it was also mentioned that the meter was defective but it was not the fact, as I am not staying in the same place, the meter reading is not much.
In this context I am requesting you to please adjust the bill amount of Rs.3920 for the month of November 2020, December 2020, January 2021 which have already paid and revise the bill of May 2021, June 2021 and July 2021 which is yet to be paid.
