I am writing this complaint, inorder to bring the attention of the organisation towards its bad quality of service regarding power supply. We have been facing a power cut since yesterday night 10pm date - 3rd June 2021. I have been calling the authorities since this morning 8am, 4th june 2021, writing this complaint at 4:11pm. They just note down the complaint number and never come to any resolution. I am really frustrated with this inferior quality of services provided the company.
They never provide any details about the reason behind the power cuts and bad supply. They fail to resolve any problems and they don't provide any accountability to the customers. This is a hectic situation for any consumer. This is just not acceptable and shows the failure of the company in all aspects.
I would request the authorities to take this into consideration and provide a solution as soon as possible.
I would request the authority to please look into the issue abd provide proper information to the customers. It's better to know about issues and wait rather than just waiting being clueless. It's the duty of an organization to make sure that the customer doesn't get any problems what so ever. Please, as an organization please be accountable to the customer and provide better services.
