Frequent power cuts almost everyday for 1- 2 hours daily. Problem prevailing for more than 5 years. Issue not resolved even after informing authorities several times. No steps yet been taken even after giving mass petition to the Station Manager several times.

Whenever after docketing the complaint called the electric supply office they didn't even attend the call which is very irresponsibility on the part of the WBSEDCL. They give various excuses like line maintenance which is their everyday excuse.

I have tried to reach every possible authority within my reach but the problem still prevails. I will be glad if the problem is solved. I am lodging my complaint here as the last resort Thank you.
