Taking the advantage of door closed WBSEDCL has issued a huge of bill amounted a 1337 rs. My previous bill was zero. My present consumption is 49 unit amounted 00 (as the West Bengal Govt. Has allowed bill free consumption upto 75 units).

They should issue a bill adjustable with the Previous months. Please take steps against WBSECL' s dictatorial behaviour. I contacted the meter reader. He advised me contact to the local office and submitted an application.

But the official refused to accept my letter. Their behaviour was too rude to talk. I am a single person. So most of the time I have to remain out of my house. It is impossible for me to sit in the house and wait for the meter reader when to come.

My bread and butter will be in danger. The company can change the location of the electric mater and put it in the verandah and can read the meter as they wish.
The thing which pained me is their unfriendly and non-professional behaviour.

Even the toll free customer care was very rude. I am accepting the fact that I was not at home at the time of meter reading. But it does not mean that they will issue this huge amount of bill as they own will.
