My electricity bill is too high for the month of sep-nov though I was out of station for 1 month but I received such a high bill as usual.But electricity department refuse to take my application saying that I have not paid previous bill and the person's behavior was too bad for customer and was not ready to hear anything and was shouting at customer.
Moreover I have not received any bill for jun to Aug so I couldn't pay though I pay all bills regularly through online mode.No one came for reading nor bill was given so I was not aware. They have not taken reading and randomly adjusted previous months bill also in new one.But how it can be Rs 5681 as my usual bill amount is Rs1315 for 3 moths.
Every month it increases but now I cannot bear so much hike in bill amount every time. I live alone and use minimum appliances.I was out of station for 1 month so how it can be so high Please look into the matter and help me to get fresh bill through electricity department as.
I have complain in their portal also but the person is saying I don't handle this billing department and can't help you so what is the use of customer care service if they cannot handle it.please you are only hope help me to resolve the problem Consumer id-[Protected].
