A meter was issued against consumer number [Protected]during July 2019 and before connecting it with household wiring received a bill of 1.5 lakhs. On repeated complaints made by me, a challenge meter was installed on 16th December 2019. Then after few months, the challenge meter was withdrawn without replacing the defective meter.

Repeated requests yielded no result. then I made a complaint again and the very next day it was closed with a note that 'complete'. Because of repeated communication, someone came on 17th instant to install meter but went back doing nothing. This is doing by West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. for years together.
