Sir, on 3/08/2021 I have paid an amount of Rs 8591 via PhonePe UPI payment using QR code printed on electricity bill. After successful transaction the amount has been deducted from my account. But the payment status is showing the bill is unpaid.
I also contacted WBSEDCL customer care they denying of any payment with this customer id - [Protected].
On other hand, the PhonePe and bank says the transaction was successful. Please help with this issue, and refund the money which it deducted and gone no where, the loss has beared by me. Please help me. It's a urgent request, after the due date(6/08/2021) of payment, fine will be imposed. I have attached the payment document for your reference.
