Respected Sir, Greetings of the Day!! Please be informed that I'm writing this email to bring your kind attention and to let you know that I'm currently residing at Madhyamgram, kol-129 which is having an electricity connection bearing consumer ID - [Protected], on 2nd of this month.
I was shocked to receive the current electricity bill for an amount of RS. 9889/- , my quarterly bill comes generally RS. 2000 to Rs. 3000 (approximately). The bill for this quarter is almost 3 to 4 times higher than my regular bill. investigated this matter from my side and I found that the meter reading unit for the current bill is showing more units.
As you notice, there is clearly a big error in it. So I decided to inform this to madhyamgram brunch, however the concerned person was not there on 4th of Sep and asked me to come again in next week, however on 6th of this month they have said the same kind of word and not entertained me at all, then I went to meet the station manager.
He has replied kind of same word and not accept my complaint letter in hand and refused to sign the receipt copy and asked me to drop my complain in a drop box ( which was literally open, unlocked and can lost the documents at any point of time and also I found they behaved unprofessionally).
It's been 7 days, I have not received any notification or update from their side and I'm afraid my letter kept there unattended. This is my humble request you to please look into this matter on urgent basis and I hope my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.
