I hired wave packers and movers residential move and after got a advanced payment he declined the delivered and told me his grand father is no more and after 2 week they not attending my call for refund. The staff was unprofessional, This is fraudulent and I suffered from my extra rent and extra charges paid for delivery by another packers and movers. AND I HAVE RECORD TO TAKE A LEGAL ACTION. This advance payment is 1000/- and i transferred this amount in online through company UPI. And they sent me a bill also, but he declined to return my amount and when I called someone then his not attending my call.
