WakeFit.co: Regarding Incomplete Work; Wakefit Experience Center

I ordered 4 wardrobe 15 days ago and it has been delivered but installation is still pending. This entire parts are laying in my flat due this our entire bedroom is blocked. I called customer care more than 30-40 times and always they are asking 24-48 hours but not fixing the issue.

This wardrobe has open nales which may injured someone. In between some guest was at my home and we face many difficulties to manage due to to this blocked area. Kids are playing around that may get injured.

I asked them if you people cant fix it please refund my money and take your wardrobe but these people are denying for refund.

I am feeling like cheated by Wakefit and its mental harassments for my entire family since last few days.

Please do the needful and take an appropriate action against them. If you also cant do anything please let me know what necessary actions I should take against them.
