Sofa received with bed bugs, smelling

I have ordered for new sofa l shape and got delivered 3weeks before and sofa is smelling badly and also found bed bugs . When informed to wakefit service people they haven't done replacement or visited place to check in issue. There is no response for the complaint I made.
