I purchased mattress - Wakefit Orthopedic Memory Foam 6 inch King PU Foam Mattress (L x W: 75 inch x 70 inch) from flipkart website, and not happy with quality, getting heating issues & back pain with mattress.

Can you please initiate return request for this product? To add more context - This mattress is purchased from Flipkart and its 10th day today as per executive from Wekfit I spoke to him today, while Flipkart is saying that 10 day is already over yesterday and don't support return of the product.

I still think that since this product is directly delivered by Wakefit, 100 day satisfaction period should be honored by Wakefit - and process the return irrespective of where its purchased. in one of Question & Answer provided on Flipkart portal it was mentioned clearly that 100 day satisfaction period is provided on this product by Wakefit team.
