I had ordered 2 products under order ID-19065; they processed and shipped only 1 product out of the 2; they do not have any proper contact information I kept calling and texting them through WhatsApp but they remained unresponsive and out of no where on April 13, 2024 ( after 41 days) I received a message that the same product will be delivered, I had requested refund and cancellation on April 10th, that is when they actually shipped the product coz they didn't want to return my money back. Please refer attached snip. I was not at home when the order was delivered on April 13 around 1 PM. I returned on Monday when I requested the return; now this fraudulent people are not taking back the product and not returning my money back.I have been tortured since a month to first get the product and now when I do not need it they are not returning it back. Please also find attached company's policy which clearly states that they ship product within 10-12 days; now they are not sticking to their own policy.
