I have complained regarding my AC not being cooling by mail at [PROTECTED]@voltas.com. The technician came and told gas is leaked, another technician came and said, gas cannot be filled since some parts are not working.
They said it will be repaired in 2-3 days. I waited for a week. No one turned up. I contacted voltas by mail, they game me the details of service manager but that did not work.
I again contacted voltas they gave me the details of another service manager, it kept repeating. I have not gotten the resolution and my ACs warranty/AMC WOULD expire in may 2022. Kindly provide me justice.
