Defective product - payment not refunded

I purchased Beetel X90 phone through Vlebazaar.in, but the supplied a defective product. I have sent them several emails and have also lodged a case through their website, but neither have they replaced the defective product nor have they issued the refund.I have tried calling them numerous times on phone, but the calls remain unanswered.APPARENTLY VLEBAZAAR.IN IS A FRAUD COMPANY!!!
