Verbose Tech labs Did Not Deliver Mobile App

After making 2 of 4 payments toward the Qvid mobile app design, all communication stopped. They did not deliver my app and had significant rollout plans for this app. I gave them access to all development accounts and sent proprietary logo designs. They only setup the dashboard to get me to make the next payment. After that silence. Complete stop in communication.

We resumed communication on WhatsApp and was able to continue app development. We resumed the payment plan and I'm working with them to deliver app very soon. I would recommend hiring them as in the app is actually very high quality, just be sure to set communication and deadline expectations upfront. :)

UPDATE: After some time communication resumed and we were able to get back on track. I am in the US so they are offshore for me. I am very pleased with how things turned out with my app. I would recommend working with them just be sure to set communication expectations upfront lol! I would recommend hiring them!
