Vastraqueen delivered me a product which was bad & not as per the pic . I had done online payment of Rs 1850 . I have returned the product & incurred courier charges for return . The company doesn’t arrange for returns .
Normally all online companies do arrange to pickup in case of returns .I had to send the product from Mumbai to Surat .Even after receiving my product back they are not picking up calls or even replying to mails or WhatsApp. I am contacting them everyday They are cheaters . How can I get my refund ?
