I ordered for a pair of sketchers shoes, in place of that I received a broken and torn single shoe. After complaining again and again they've now rejected to catter the complaint.

I received a worn out shoes my order number was [Protected]. I've the CCTV footage where the order was delivered, they're not accepting anything and just frauded that they have send the correct product, no one's responding over phone.

I'm just stuck with that shoe. It's been a month now, and they are not willing to take the responsibility of the order wrongly delivered.
