I ordered food at Vaango South Indian Restaurant at Medanta hospital Gurgaon. Staff has taken payment twice for a single order where I made payment through Paytm. Merchant staff were claiming that they have received payment only for the order. They were not giving any contact or customer care link to check the payment details and not supporting to check the payment transaction status in their account.
I am not able to find their website or customer care support contact on internet.
Amount has deducted from my account. My two payment status- 1- Amount -448, Time 03:04PM, Date-03/08/[Protected]Amount -448, Time 03:09PM, Date-03/08/2021 My contact- Pushpendra Kumar Mudgil.
