I had ordered a shirt from Urban Jungly site in October end and did not make payment from Simpl app as I read negative comments of Urban Jungly site and immediately placed cancel request to both Urban Jungly and Simpl payment team. Still I received an incorrect order and since then i am trying to contact Urban Jungly to return the item.
I get calls and messages from Simpl payment team to make payment. I have explained them my scenario why I am not paying when I have received an incorrect item. I tried to contact Urban Jungly team but no response from their side. Its Simpl payment team and myself chasing and responding on emails. But now I am irritated with Simpl payment team calls and messages.
