Request For Claiming The Difference Amount On Account Of Premature Closure

I submitted the FD for closure on 18.9.2021 (19.9.2021 is a closed holiday), it was not informed to me that the amount Rs.14,384 is going to be deducted as premature closure just for one day as the closure date is 19.9.2021.
When the officer told me the FD closure amount Rs.9,85,616/- immediately I requested to cancel the premature closure and they raised a complaint about the cancellation of FD closure vide ticket number 858572 dated 18.9.2021.
I did not receive the amount from the bank, and also I raised the complaint in your Grievance Redressal cell Union Samadhan portal. Please note, my FD closure date is 19.9.2021 and the bank has credited the amount in my account only on 21.9.2021 by deducting 1% for the whole year
As a premature closure and the FD amount is in the account of union bank till 20.9.2021. TDS at source is also deducted from the interest.

Sub: Request for claiming the difference amount on account of Premature Closure of Fixed Deposit – [Protected], Sir, For FD closure the amount is to be paid to the customer immediately, the closure amount is paid to the customer after the FD closure, when the bank kept the amount in their custody and it can't be treated as premature closure, because of software and staff mistake the customer must not be punished, by deducting the 1% of whole year interest nearly 15000 rupees. when I send complaint, did not reply and was not even informed to whom I have to approach, sent the complaint to all senior officers and nodal officers, did not replied. Kindly help in this regard.
