Delay In Handing Over Of Property Purchased In Auction

Sir,
I have purchased a property from union bank of India Mahbubnagar mettugudda branch. I have already made complete payment of the property before six months. Inspite of my reminders and visits to the bank, they have not yet handed over the property to me.
I am going through financial losses and mental stress. Please kindly help in resolving the issue and also compensation for my financial loses. Syeda Anwar unisa Begum.
