Hello sir/madam, I'm ayush live in Delhi, a student of ca intermediate. I cleared ca foundation last month and after that i was looking towards an effective coaching institute for my ca inter preparation of both groups for upcoming attempt in may 2022, i belongs to a very poor family as a i passed my father on 2013 from that day.

My mother is working as casual worker(housekeeping work) in a office of monthly pay of around 13,000 only to make my and my small sister's life possible. Because of all this financial difficulties i decided to opt such a platform which charges minimum fee of coaching.

Then i thought about unacademy platform, I searched on youtube about "upcoming ca inter both group batch on unacademy" And i viewed some videos of upcoming and already ongoing batch for may 22 (ca inter both group). Since i was totally confuse that whether unacademy will good for me or not.

Also i don't have any personal smartphone neither a pc nor a wifi connection. Still I decided to manage all these things. And finally i got 6 month ca inter subscription for 6 month (coupon used:ANSHUL) After paying subscription fee I saw some ca inter batches but only of group 1 batches.

Now i can't give group wise exam as i had enrolled myself in icai for both groups i didn't accept that this unacademy application does not have any ca inter both group batch. I'm begging to you, Please please help me to get my subscription money back. I paid my mother's whole salary in this subscription and it is of my no use.

I requesting you of all with my all acceptation, hopes that i will get my money back. Please look into the matter as soon as possible it will be very very kind of all you. Thanking you Ayush kumar.
