I have booked a cab from.hsr to hosapalya, the time i booked the cab, the fair was showing 326 rs., Just to avoid a traffic and for his convenience driver took a nice road when i told him that there will be a toll, he said dont worry, I did not know i had to pay toll, I paid 135 rs. toll just because driver wanted his convenience so that he can avoid traffic.
When i reached my destination, In driver's uber app the fair was showing higher then what was shown to me in the time of booking, It was showing 426 rs. , when i denied to pay this amount driver started arguing with me and started threatning me because of which i felt very unsafe.
I had to pay 426 rs which was 100 rs extra because at the time of booking it was 326 rs. , I had to pay more because of driver , He wanted his convenience so that he can avoid traffic. Though it was a long route but it was completely traffic less. I highlighting point again :
1: Driver took highway route just for inconvenience so that he can avoid traffic
2: I had to pay 135 rs. toll just because of driver as he wanted to his convenience
3: Instead of 326 rs. i had to pay 426 rs. again because driver took long route
4 : Driver argued with me and started shouting at me when i denied to pay 426 rs. , I wanted to pay 326 rs., Because of driver behaviour i felt very unsafe and i had to pay 426 rs.
5: Total i paid 426 rs. fair + 135 rs. toll which is far more costlier for the distance i travelled
Its a humble request from my side to consumer forum to kindly take immediate action so that next customer does not face this issue and i want my money back whatever i had to pay extra just because of driver convenience.
This is really unacceptable.
