I booked a cab from IGI Delhi Airport to Neb Sarai IGNOU ROAD on 21oct 2021, at the time of booking app was showing Rs 521 and at the time of drop driver charged me Rs 2054, app is showing wrong drop location, wrong driver.
Extra 1500 rupees were charged, Since last 15 days I am sending emails, but the company is sending me automated replies, no contact number given.Who generated wrong bill, I don't know it was a Fraud case.
Driver did fraud and company is not helping me.I had to pay cash to the driver as he was fighting with me on road and he was saying that if you will not pay I'll have to pay, it's system's mistake and you will get refund within 3 days.
But now driver and company both are denying to refund me my excess amount paid.Please help.

Dear Sir madam I booked auto on 3 Oct 2022 from Borivali (Mumbai) to Goregaon 9Mumbi)via Western express Highway. On booking windows i was shown Rs.195/- for this distance and journey, But after reaching destination at Anmol Fortune ,Goregaon he asked me to pay Rs.236/- instead of Rs.195/- But on your uber app driver updated Rs.216/- instead of Rs.236/- This way he charged customer Rs.41/- extra and paid less to your company by fooling both your company and me. Verify this incidence with driver Vijay and take very strict action against Vijay and make him jobless by not allow to work at Uber. Customer dont want such cheaters .
