TVS Credit : Trying To Take Unwanted Fine

My name is RIYO T T from Kerala. I have taken a vehicle loan for the two wheeler. I have given the option for emi payment is auto debit. For that I have given proper documentation.

I have taken the loan from noble TVS angadippuram in malappuram district for TVS ntorqe. But due to signature mismatch it's got bounced. So as per your sales executive Mr. Habeeb's decision he told me to pay directly through TVS credit application.

Also told to wait for 2 -3 months it may be solved automatically or we can resubmit it. So as per his request I have payed almost payed 3 payments through your application.

After that he told me we can submit it by using debit card. So we done it through it. But after doing this I have got message from you guys about the fines for that months.

I have already discussed with this issue with him he told that it's not an issue he Will make it clear. But now that message is coming again and I find that he has left from your firm now.

Please solve this issue properly or otherwise I'll take this issue legally.
