I had got the car in my marriage but after my father-in-law died, I have paid the installment for the car. My last installment was on 3rd June, I paid that installment on 31st May and while getting the finance done, I told the financier that I have a salary account. Sign may be wrong.

You can do my auto debit through Netbanking, yet you did not do it, yet when I talked to the financier on whats up, I was told that I will clear the fee later, as now the Bounce charge has become 10800. Now the financier is speaking. That 50% will have to be given. Whereas the fault lies with the financier. It should be solved asap asap.
