Unfortunately have been dealing with trap of Tumbledry paschim vihar branch. Worst washing and won’t give clothes after multiple follow ups. Will make u crazy by charging advance. First wash- false promise and got torn kurta when in clothes, the last has two franchise which she didn’t take ownership of but said future would take better care of clothes. This time given clothes been 6days now following up morning to night and not getting back clothes. Nor they ready to refund balance amount as services are disgusting you are bound coz you did mistake of taking prepaid service.

Paschim vihar owner isn't an efficient one and is blaming company now saying just connect with them. Even though she has been dealing till now and just coz she isn't able to fulfill promise she is passing blame. I called her several times as clothes had school uniform too. How can someone be so unprofessional and just take customers for granted. Preparing doesn't mean to fool us when there is so much awareness. I need immediate action so that no one else suffers. I couldn't send child to school.been Tuesday now.
