Tring.co.in: Purchase a personalized message and dm on insta of celebrity

I have purchase personalized video message and dm on insta of celebrity from tring for 400rs but only receive video message after long time. Doesn't received dm on insta asking for refund at least half but they are refusing and saying celebrity is unavailable so they can't fulfill order. Please help.
