Charged ₹350 as service charges. ₹3800/- for spare part called Defrost thermal fuse, whose cost is Maximum₹180-200. Consumers are cheated high level. Syed shukoor no. [Protected]. Hello. Yes they are totally fraud . They have given their no. Like lg customer care no and customer often call them by assuming it is lg customer care.same happened with me. My ac was not doing cooling .their eng visited and charged 2400 rs for low gas and done top up and gave 6 month warranty on bill and next day cooling stopped . I m calling that eng and their customer care no [Protected]and they are not sending eng and speaking rudely and blocked my no. They are no 1 cheaters and fraud . Police shall take action against these frauds as I m going to file FIR against them
