Hi Guys, I paid Rs2699/- for a recliner they took my money it got debited from my account. But the order didn't go through. I mailed to the company portal that my money got debited but order is not placed still haven't received any information regarding it. I also received a mail from payu portal from which my money got debited that my money has been deducted for the merchant Prakash Dulabhai Hadiya & for any information regarding my order i have to contact this person but there is not a single detail about how to reach this person at all. I asked for this person information too for help but still no response. Can anyone help me getting my money back. To shopes is fake i think. I haven't encountered this kind of scam before.
