I have ordered baby’s clothes and shoes from theprimeshoppingss.myshopify.com. A person can successfully make transaction, money has been deducted but they didn’t have any receipt, there is no transaction ID, no order summary, no phone no. To contact them,so basically a person can’t track or have payment details of transaction.

Phone no. I received from google -[Protected]

While calling on [Protected]i fetched from google which claims to be customer care no. Says that my amount is in pending state whereas money has been deducted from my account, I asked to send the receipt which shows amount pending but they declined, basically I haven’t received any receipt of my transaction and nothing from where I can track my order, instead they asked me to make another payment of 5rs, and sent below link:

It asks for payment of 5rs through card ! I asked them I will pay through upi they again declined this!! And asked I will get transaction ID of my order only when I make another payment..!!
