TheFashionWorld.in: Prepaid Order Not Received; The Fashion World

I placed an order for a 360 degree mop for Rs 249 on 3rd May 2022. The payment was done via Paytm. Till now the order is in "Processing" state. The number given to call is switched off and no response on the email.
