Like many other placed order on the website thru an advertisement thru Instagram for two products. Money got charged to my CC and received my banks message as well. However no order number received from the urban print company.

I made a purchase of Rs.1084/- which seems to be a faux one now as it's been a week I placed the order and I haven't received any communication nor my product. Please help many such deceived consumer of possible thru your forum.

When I try checking for the company website and my order status I could not find the website itself which struck me unusual. Instead such company forums.were seen wherein I realized even I have been duped like many other.

More than anything I find it surprising that advertisement on platform like Instagram turns out such fake company. I have had similar experiences earlier too. Are we smelling something fishy here where Instagram isn't aware or check for the authenticity of such online fraudsters placing advertisement on their platform?
