Doctor from this hospital was working work a 2nd yearly contract basis period from June 2019 to June 2020 however doctor went on maternity leave on December and tried joining back on April however hospital management stopped her from joining and pushed her till the contract period expiry(july) as later refused to renew stating Covid. However during this period hospital had used her seal and virtually she was helping her staffs. Later even when expirence letter was given only up-to December. When spoken to management they started giving threat stating we have money and we know how to deal such things. Also from December to July no payments was done. Kindly help us. Due to this she has lost her job time experience and also no money. Also additionaly there is a doctor kept in her place still which was her substitute during her maternity. Also owner of the hospital gave a threat that he will screw her carrier if she goes for any case. When doctor was trying to speak to hospital management they were refusing to speak to her and avoid to speak. She was ignored completely by all management and also they gave mental torture during delivery. ............................ ...kindly look into it and please help in getting a experience certificate and also compensation.
