Have ordered 2 quantity wall clock inhttps://tangyoak.com/ worth 2898. They sent only one quantity and not ready to ship other one. Contacted through whatsapp [Protected], but not at all responding for my messages. Kindly help me to refund my amount.

Received one quantity and that also not worthy to buy rupees 1450. Same clock with bigger size is available in Amazon price of 699rs. This website is completely a cheating one. Should be banned. People like me should not get cheated by this website hereafter.

Please take necessary action against this website and its owner. Seriously am frustrated the way I lost my money to this website. I don't have any other source now. Received product also not satisfied. How this people can sell a worthless product like this. My request is to people like me dont buy such a worthless product from this website tangoak.

They are advertising in social media bigger. But not able to provide a quality product. This is ridiculous. In this pandemic situation I made a wrong decision to order this clock product from this worst website, I should have looked into familiar ecommerce website instead made a big mistake by ordering the required product in an unknown website.

Please take necessary action against that owner of the website and the company. Have attached the image of my product payment in their website. Which has the order id also. Please take necessary action to refund my amount. Thanks in advance.
