I have registered a complaint with star Refrigeration Padrauna, Kushinagar,Up for non working of my washing machine.

They told me make a payment of Rs 5500/- and the washing machine will be covered for guarantee for two years.I told them to repair the machine and I will pay the amount after machine will be in working condition.
Than they told me that if I will make the payment the parts will come within two days.

After taking the money they are not responding well.

Each day they say that parts of the machine has been ordered but it has not arrived yet.

I am a working as well as lactating woman with a nine month old baby.
Due to washing cloth by hand I got cold and also my baby got cold and became very weak.

I request you to kindly look into this and find a solution.

Today on 21sep I talked to the person and he told me that he got transferred from there. And is not able to listen to my complaint.
