I am writing to bring your attention to a matter of significant concern regarding an incident that occurred on the premises of the PENZANCE HOUSE-STANZA LIVING, in Delhi.On 5th March 2024, I experienced an unfortunate accident within the campus premises resulting the injuries to my left leg due to what I perceive as inadequate management measures. Following the incident, I promptly sought medical attention at the hospital, incurring expenses for transportation and medical treatment.
Despite the circumstances occurring within the confines of the residential campus, I have encountered considerable difficulty in obtaining appropriate assistance and compensation from the management.Upon notifying the RESIDENT HEAD CAPTAIN- "ROHIT", of the incident, I was met with a delayed response and inadequate support. Despite the urgency of the situation, I was left unattended for an extended period, and subsequently, I had to arrange my way public transportation to the hospital with the help of another resident.Furthermore, my interactions with CLUSTER HEAD - "VIKAS" have also proven to be unsatisfactory. Despite reassurances of prompt resolution, there has been a notable lack of follow-up and responsiveness regarding the reimbursement process. Despite providing all necessary documentation, including bills and UPI ID, I have yet to receive reimbursement for the expenses that occurred.
The lack of timely and adequate response, coupled with the failure to address my concerns in a satisfactory manner, has left me feeling both disappointed and frustrated. As a paying resident, I expect and deserve better treatment and support from the management team.Therefore, I kindly request that immediate action be taken to rectify this matter. Specifically, I urge you to expedite the reimbursement process for the expense incurred as a result of the accident. Additionally. I seek assurances that measures will be implemented to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future and that appropriate protocols are in place to address emergencies effectively.
I trust that you will give this matter the attention it deserves and take the necessary steps to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Failure to do so may compel me to explore further avenues, including legal action, to seek redress for the inconvenience and financial burden caused.I look forward to your prompt and favorable response.
