I had a horrendous experience with square yard interior company while getting my 2 toilets redesigned.

The sales person will do everything to secure advance money and then you are struck. The quotation provided didn't include everything required and lot of hidden details which is not clearly explained to customer. Everything is outsourced to vendors and no coordination between teams causing quality issues and implementation not as per design signed off.

100% Advance payment is taken in beginning even before any work is delivered and you are made to follow up endlessly and the whole delivery was delayed by over 2 months. They have no expertise in the choice of material and procurement of tiles itself took 3 weeks with no proper reason. original selection of tiles made was not honoured and we had to compromise and limited choice from a different brand than originally offered. The floor tiles selected was told to be matt finish which was confirmed multiple times but later what was delivered was different finish and causing slippery surface for which there is no solution provided.

Delay compensation was promised during advance payment but later on they washed off their hands with no proper reasoning. I felt cheated by this company on multiple aspects and this is one of the biggest mistakes i have made in my life by selecting square yard and had to go through so much agony.

Please think twice before giving them any business as i found them very unprofessional in their approach which is not customer centric by any means.
