I have brought kwid climber from spinny park Ahmedabad & they did part fraudulent with me, my whole front bumper was welded from inside up to head lights & fitted it with china bolts, bumper is not from climer model,
I have reviewed spinny 200 points reports thoroughly twice like what part has been already damaged & changed but they have not mentioned anywhere about my bumper repaired as mentioned above, Also i have took insurance policy from them & they not mentioned anything like in this policy might front bumper is not being covered.
When i claimed insurance due to recent accident & raised issue with them that insurance company rejected partial claim of my front bumper due to this reason & they just telling me to contact insurance company for it, Before buying car i would suggest think 1lac times because once it is sold they never going to accept their fraudulent.
I am very regret full to say they just writing it that they are checking 200 pt of inspection & providing trustworthy cars i might doubt they just taking care of the return of investment for the 200 pts once it is sold you we won't get anything from spinny except fake statement & inlogical statements. I have many issue due to this incident & it impacts my personal & professional life also having health issues due to no transparency during incident investigations as well when concluding the case they just decided When i spoke today 17th April 2024 around 6:00 PM IST with escalation person he just keep saying we won't help you This is 2nd hand car When asked few questions where it is written in the 200 pt report about condition of the bumper.
At the time of the insurance purchase why they have not clarified this kind of thing can be happen later. Who responsibilities to check that customer fraudulently not happen as you are claiming trusted cars from spinny. What does means budget car and 2nd hand like it can cime with anything that after buying car customer just have struggled with customer care escalation persons?
I have asked many questions to escalation person he was keep saying one thing contact to insurance company but in return many times i have answered that already had the discussion they confirmed me that spinny had already accepted that this was in your knowledge that car bumper condition was sold this way and why one is taking responsibility of it?
Can someone from grievance team to resolve my issue or should permit to proceed legally, I had most of the communication with below person they rejected allow me contact further with higher level team as they not capable of resolving this kind of issues.
