Snapdeal are repeatedly insisting delivery of a prepaid item has been delivered inspite of many repeatedly complaints that I did not receive my order. I have records and proof of my complaints and Snapdeal assuring me of help.

But they repeatedly send me ditto messages insisting delivery, always refusing to direct the particular delivery man to meet me and state he delivered the order to me.

I informed Snapdeal I would lodge complaint on this service failure but they don't seem to want to resolve the truth. Their replies are evasive and phone assurances do not indicate I will get my complaint resolved with the delivery of my items, nor refund of my prepaid amount.

This has caused me immense stress and anguish as Snapdeal have also failed to refund me my money for the return of two other orders I had received on 16th March 2022 and returned the items on 17th March 2022.

I am frustrated at Snapdeal constantly insisting the order has been delivered and their standard reply has given me the sense that I stand to lose the ordered item and my refund.

Ironically the delivery man did not phone me prior to supposedly making the delivery but Snapdeal customer care has shown no care to ensure my items are sent to me.

I want my money and if feasible compensation for harassment in lying to me about proof the delivery has been made.
