I ordered a set of five underwear and when ordered there was no warning that it is not returnable. When I got the order it is found that it has elastic on both sides of thighs thus not comfortable.

When I pressed the return option the message came it's not returnable and then I took up the matter with them on WhatsApp chat as well as on telephone but the same reply it's not returnable.

Now my humble request to you to please take up the matter with them and get my refund, as there is no mistake from me, thanks.
