Don't use their service these people's are cheaters (smoke cargo movers). They will tell you some rate ones they take your bike they will charge you double the rate they say.
I was told to pay ₹3800 but these guys told don't pay now latter after two days I got a bill of ₹6300 which was double the amount he added gst and all prices to it tho I had asked him tell me final price he fooled me.
He then claimed bike will be delivered on door step but it took 10 days for my bike to arrive while promised time Was 4 days plus these people won't deliver it to your door you will have to go some 40-50km away from your home.
They use customer bikes to go different locations to fetch other businesses. They are biggest cheaters in market of cargo parcels don't trust their service and get fooled i had a gps in my bike so I got to know that these people used my bike above 50 km.
There is no proper website and no proper complain or customer support helpline do not get fooled.

I moved my stuff from Bengaluru to chandigarh through smoke cargo movers and packers, Bengaluru. They are doing one of the biggest scams by taking huge amount from their customers. They actually transferred my stuff to Gati.com for actual movement. Smoke cargo took around 21k from me for the stuff movement whereas the actual bill was only 3k. Also, my stuff was transferred without any insurance even after paying full amount of insurance. Please don't book your services from them. Rather, book directly through gati.com or other movers and packers. I do have the bills from both parties and that's where I got to know this difference in amount. They took 18k extra. Huge loss! They are cheaters. Please don't use their services.
