My name is Didar Singh and I am living in Canada. I got married on 19 Oct 2022 with a kajal resident of sarsari village in Ambala. We are trying to make a certificate of Date of birth for her and we submitted the file and file number is HRDLYDBDR/2023/01325. We submitted the file in a dispensary in Ambala cantt and they verified all the documents and sent it to the old civil hospital Ambala with all the documents.

The issue is that our family did not register the name of Kajal in the birth registration register. First they asked for various documents and we submitted them and her family moved to sarsari village in 1995 and she was born on that time. But the old civil hospital asked about the police verification because when they moved over here they rented the home even though they had submitted the affidavit from the owner that explaining that they were living on their address.

But I don't know why they are saying again and again to submit the police certificate of verification when they moved here. They are harassing my in-laws and asking money for that certificate and they rejected the certificate.

I would like to request please look into this matter because it is very urgent for me because I am living in Canada right now and I need her birth certificate to apply for my permanent residency over here. I am hoping you will look into it very soon and we will have resolution.
