I have ordered airpod pro from shree khateswar mobile accessories which is online seller on Instagram with an account named Digital_watch_airpod, i paid advance 100 RS and then 2700 while receiving the parcel.

But there were no airpods in the parcel, i have talked to the seller and he assured me that he ll send me airpods but now he is not picking up calls nor replying my messages also not sending me refund.
